Here's what you need to do.

In game:

- Set all graphics options to the lowest they will go.

- Set your game display resolution to the lowest it will go (probably 800x600).

- Enjoy your crippled game at a constant 250fps.

dude .. i did it and i did more than set everything on low ... i tryed special configs for game where is everything cuted to minimum and i think i dont have so bad computer to still dont have 250 fps .. thats why im posting here

Ok, so your insistence for needing 250fps made me look around as to why that magic figure.

And I've got to say that I really don't agree with why you are trying to do it. As far as I'm concerned, exploiting is cheating.

I did however try and find out if there was any reason you might not be getting the full fps on lowest settings, and this is all I could find:

and how many of those SO called pro players that get this fabled 250fps are running a single video card just a wild stab in the dark guess but i bet NONE they'll all be using ati's crossfire with two or more video cards or nVidias SLI with two or more video cards and as stated even if you are getting 250fps you el-cheapo LCD monitor wont be showing it it'll be limited to a max of 75Hz if your lucky 60Hz if you unlucky oh you probably just cant hear their footsteps due to whatever cheap nasty head phones or speakers ya got
