23,976 not possible with ATI (only 24Hz), alternative?

topic title says the most:
I own the ATI HD4350 and Windows7 with the latest 9.9 driver. Since ATI exist it has never been possible with their own CCC to have a 1920x1080@23,976Hz profile, only 1920@1080@24Hz. I want EXACTLY 23,976Hz.
I know there is Powerstrip from Entech but this progrma only gives me nothing but troubles. Is there a alternative out their? I want a tool/program as simple as possible with still the ability to have a fully functional CCC.
ps. Maybe ATI should consider a 1920x1080@23,976 option
