Catalyst 9.11 or 9.12?

I'm still using CCC 9.8 because 9.9 and 9.10 wasn't a imporvement. I was wondering if 9.11 is "better" for the 4800 series or not. Secondly, should I just wait for the 9.12 drivers or have 9.11 than just get 9.12 when it's released?

I would stick with the 98's until 9.12's come out. I'm using the 9.11's. Their decent but nothing special.
