I just saw that over on the AMD blogs that they have released an OpenGL 4.0 beta driver!

ATI Catalyst OpenGL 4.0 preview driver:
New Features:
Fully supports the OpenGL 4.0 specification on the ATI Radeon HD 5000 Series.
Fully supports the OpenGL 3.3 specification on the ATI Radeon HD Series & ATI FirePro Graphics Adapters.
Instructions:
Download and install the ATI Catalyst™ preview driver from the following location:
+ ATI Catalyst OpenGL 4.0 preview driver for Windows® 7 / Windows® Vista
+ ATI Catalyst OpenGL 4.0 preview driver for Windows® XP
+ ATI Catalyst OpenGL 4.0 preview driver for Linux
To properly install the ATI Catalyst ™ preview Driver, please use the following guide below for detailed instructions: ( 20870: Guide on how to install an ATI graphics card and / or its drivers )
Note! This driver is provided as is and is not supported by AMD. It has not completed full AMD testing, and is only a preview driver.
