It is now available to download via the SAPPHIRE Select Club.

SAPPHIRE TriXX OC Utility V3.0 beta
TriXX helps users to get the optimum performance from compatible SAPPHIRE graphics cards in any application by allowing them to monitor, tune and save different settings of key parameters for the card.
TriXX not only monitors basic parameters such as fan speed and GPU temperature but also GPU load, voltages and memory performance. The user can chose the appearance of the TriXX interface with different skins.
Enthusiast users can adjust fan speeds, core voltages and clock speeds to tune performance to suit the application – for example maximizing performance by overclocking for gaming, or reducing operating speeds and fan noise when watching video. Three sets of parameters can be saved and named by the user, and recalled later, making it simple to switch between performance settings.
TriXX can also create a log file for future analysis, and the user can save the current VGA BIOS.
Updates will allow TriXX to support future releases of graphics cards and GPU families as well as enhancements to the tool.
Main Feature

Hmmm...it doesn't say anywhere in the documentation that it is
only for the 6800 series so I'm guessing it works on all Sapphire Radeon cards (likely non-sapphire too)?

This is only downloadable if you register a 6850 or 6870 at the Sapphire Select Club.

It would be nice if someone would get this for the rest of us. I hear mediafire is a good file repository.
*EDIT*
Nevermind.

No problem. Like ratNukit said they were being stingy with who got it. And according to Techpowerup's forums W1zzard (aka GPU-Z) wrote the program for Sapphire.

Ok , now i got it from the links Major_A posted, but it doesn't really work the way it's supposed to with the 5870, so I guess there was a purpose to why they only wanted to give it to the 68XX card owners.
I get errors like "encountered improper arguments"; and the core clock, memory clock and gpu voltage all show up as 1234, which doesn't make a lot of sense.
And if I try to change settings this happens:
It goes to a scale of 0 to 100, but after checking with GPU-Z nothing happens.
Guess we'll have to wait until the final release to get this going on "older" cards

Does your Sapphire card use the stock PCB or is it a custom design? Seems like I saw people over at Techpowerup saying that non-reference cards weren't playing right.

It's stock, got it on release day of the 5000 series, only changed the cooler.
