"True" Crossfire without external dongle!

The Inq. are reporting ATI will reslease their new cards with a new Internal crossfire connection! No more Dongles!

NV have the SLI bridge but that comunicates only one way at a time ATI's version will work in both directions at the same time.....ie. more bandwidth.

Notice the 2 bridge connectors? 'Bout time ATI got rid of the external xfire connection!

I thought the only reason they couldnt do that before was because Nvidia held the patent rights to internal multi GPU communication, maybe they got around it by having the communication full duplex, instead of nvidias half-duplex.
