Mobility X1300 = What FireGL?

Does anyone know? The regular desktop X1300 is supposed to be equal to the V3300, but when I tried softmodding my laptop card to that I got some nasty BSoD... I thought all ATI cards (unlike nVidia cards which are now hardware locked) are softmoddable...
