Hello, i was recently told by a friend that there is a good 3rd party driver for ATI cards (since ati drivers kinda suck

) called the Omega Driver. I was wondering if anyone had heard of these drivers/used them before i download them.
Thanks
PS: this is the link to the drivers if you're wondering

I have used their nVidia version drivers bwfore and I didn't find any difference at really between these and regular display drivers.
From their website:
The drivers contain optimizations, extra features (like OC capabilities), more resolutions and internal tweaks that can give them the edge in a gaming environment over the normal drivers, which are often tailored for synthetic benchmarks.

I didnt notice any difference either on a 9600. They saved me though on my laptop since it was the only place i could find drivers that support the old Radeon M6.

yeah my friend had to use parts of them with the regular driver he had to fix his mobility x600 for his laptop. Other than that I don't think they realy offer all that much help.
