GDDR4 R600 in Antec SuperLanboy case?

Hi, I'm the owner of and Antec SuperLanboy case which is currently housing an X1900XT.

The X1900XT is 9 inches, and I have 1.5 inches until the Hard Drive bays.
Will that be enough to fit a GDDR4 R600 graphics card that I buy off of Newegg, which will apparently be longer than the GDDR3 one? The Dragonshead 2 X2800XTX, will be 9.5" apparently.

well if you have 10.5" and the card is 9.5" long then I guess you will have an inch left over ;)

so people are ABSOLUTELY sure that the Dragonshead 2 (Retail X2800XTX with 1gb GDDR4 memory) will be 9.5"?

Last I checked on TheInquirer.net 9.5inches sounds right for the 2800...unless of course you're sticking in an OEM board (though don't know where you'll find that) which clocks in at a suweet 12+ inches!

I can't comment on unreleased products and I honestly don't have the final revision in my head, but since the heatsinks and other cooling devices are in the works by the water block companies I would rest assured the size won't change.

holy shizzay, I didn't see that you were an admin Apoptosis Cascade.
What dark artifacts of graphics rendering doom lurk in the offices of Legit Reviews.
