In DRAM spot market today, due to the strong pressure on the supplying side, the price was continually adjusted downward, and prices of mainstream chips 256Mb(32M*8)400MHz/333MHz/266MHz were slightly adjusted downward to USD2.052/USD2.389 and USD2.155 respectively, with limited transactions. For UTT(ETT), some buyers predicted the downtrend won't be finished recently, the price dropped to the lowest point, descended 1.06% to USD1.85, transactions were also limited.

For NAND Flash market, due to the pressure on the new delivery, the overall price remained downtrend, but the dropping speed was slowed down in the late afternoon. Prices of mainstream chips 1Gb/2Gb/4Gb/8Gb were adjusted to USD8.05/USD15.31/USD28.1 and USD50.42, 2Gb was remained at the same level.
