In DRAM spot market today, due to the following holidays, some vendors intended to release their stocks and offered lower prices, which caused DDR512Mb(64*8)400MHz dropped 1.31% to USD4.064, and DDR256Mb(32M*8)400MHz chip was also dropping. Prices of mainstream chips 256Mb(32M*8)400MHz/333MHz/266MHz were slightly adjusted downward to USD2.097/USD2.25 and USD2.072 respectively, transactions were limited. For UTT(ETT), due to the new delivery has delayed, the spot price lifted 0.71% to USD1.988, with limited transactions.
For NAND Flash market, the market supply was still insufficient, however, the market demand was also sluggish, most buyers insisted on seeking lower prices. Prices of mainstream chips 1Gb/2Gb/4Gb/8Gb and 16Gb were adjusted to USD7.51/USD15.30/USD26.45/USD44.59 and USD72.1, 16Gb descended 0.96% noticeable.
