Most DDR2 boards have BIOS's that allow for 3-2-2-4 timings and thats as tight as you can get them. Right now we are hitting 3-3-2-4 on the test bench. The only thing holding us back is the RAS-to-CAS delay once again. I'm sure we will get some DDR2 IC's eventually that will give us the lowest possible latency on these boards by the end of summer. ;)
