Memory CAS Latency 3-4-4-8 ???
Hi, im new on this hardware world.. what does this numbers mean???

Geez.....good question!
It's the timings of your ram....It's how quick the ram responds to any requests......Basically the lower the better

My brain isn't in the right condition to try explain this sorry.....(long day here in work)

Yep, that's the way it goes. the higher you run your RAM the higher your latencies/timings need to be to support those speeds. There is a breakpoint however where the lower timings hurt more than larger band width helps. Unfortunately, the only way to determine this point is by trial and error and a lot of benchmarking.
