CL2 & i865/i875 chipsets

I'm working on an article and a memory company told me this...

I know I've been running a Cas Latency of 2 since the i875P chipset came out over a year ago and have yet to see a single blue screen due to memory timings...
What do you guys think about that...It is known and documented by us and other memory manufacturers that ALL Intel 865 and 875 chipset boards cannot handle a RAS to CAS delay of lower that 3. The our 2-2-2 part is designed to run the RAS to CAS delay at 2. If the RAS to CAS delay is lower than 3, the system will be unstable (blue screens, reboots, crashes).
