From what i have read looks good, but nate is the memory expert, so i trust his judgement over all others first.

Crucial makes really good DDR2 memory and decent DDR1 memory.

Crucial makes some of the fastest DDR2 memory out there. This is because they make the IC's and qualify them before they sell them to companies like Corsair to use. So they are basically keeping the best for themselves and selling the rest.

On the other hand their DDR1 memory can't pull 2-2-2-5 timings! They actually came out at 2-2-2-5 and once the memory launched the "corrected" the timings to 2-2-2-6 at PC-3200 and 2.5-4-4-8 at PC-4000.

If you dig the name and like the gold heat spreader color have at em.

Hope this helps you out!

I'm running a set of Crucial Ballistix Tracer (PC4000) right now. It does pretty well I think so far, it's running 2-2-2-5 in my A64 system as I type this. It's not as fast as PQI but only falls short by a few points. I haven't had a chance to run it any higher than DDR400 yet because my 3.3 rail on my PSU died and I'm using a 350 watt Cooler Master with half my junk disconnected till my new PSU shows up (on truck today). From what I've read, it won't do the rated speed of DDR500 at 1T but the specs say 2T anyway. I'll let you know how thing turn out as it happens.
