Lower is better.
But faster Mhz ram with higher Timings are still going to be faster than slower ram with tighter timings.
i.e. 667Mhz RAM at 4-4-4-12 will still be slower than 800Mhz ram at 5-5-5-15

That's not a bad kit of RAM. The timings are not too bad for a 4GB kit.

i would reccomend you stay away from that ram. i used to have them, the first set had was defective, teh second one was damaged in shipping, and the third one couldt hold the advertised timings. even the first one that didnt fail imediatly was terrible at overclocking. i would recomend the corsair xms2 4gb kit (the one with the big silver heat
sinks as oposed to heat spreaders) i have a set and they overclock very nicely for a 4gb kit. as you can see in my sig 5-4-4-10 at 900 mhz (5-5-5-18 800 mhz stock) and they are still only just a little warm to the touch with 2.2 volts
heres a product link:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820145176 and they are 5 dollars cheaper
