Looks like Mushkin again changes some of their DDR2 memory specs...
Here is some additional info from Mushkin on their DDR2 productsEffective immediately, Mushkin will be changing our specs for our DDR2 4200 Modules 991388 and 991390 with timings of 3-3-3. They wil be replaced with the 991403 and 991404. The new parts are rated at DDR2 PC4200 with 3-2-2-8 timings. These modules are rated faster for performance but we will not adjust pricing. They will have the same cost as the 3-3-3 parts. Please update our products to this new spec. Attached is the data sheet for the new modules.
We still have available our PC4200 entry level option with timings of 4-4-4-12.
DDR2 Memory
The next generation: DDR2. Mushkin's DDR-2 memory is designed for use in the latest generation motherboards. DDR-2 picks up where DDR left off with bandwidth up to 5400 MB/s and plenty of room to grow! These are 240 pin, unbuffered, non-ECC modules. DDR2 consumes 28% less power than first generation DDR allowing for higher clockspeeds and reduced latencies.
Includes SPD EEPROM programmed to JEDEC spec latencies of CAS 3-2-2-8.
