Samsung TCCD week 46 of 2004 (446)

While out in California for Intel's Spring IDF 2005 we spotted some pretty recent Samsung TCCD IC's on some memory modules. We haven't seen any 2005 IC's yet, but we are getting close. Most TCCD's on the shelves right now are 431 and 437 so it will be interesting to see how these 446's perform. As always the batch code is more important than the date code, but some enthusiasts always aim for the latest and greatest date codes.
