Mushkin is not announcing what IC's or PCB's the modules are being built on, because "Mushkin has to keep competition at bay" for at least a little bit. Looking at the voltages shown below the PC-4000 modules are running at 3.3-3.4V. This leads LR to think they will be based on Winbond UTT IC's, but Mushkin didn't seem to agree with our conclusion. LR has had Winbond CH-5's, BH-5's, UTT's and also Samsung TCCD's at DDR500 2-2-2, so it could be a number of IC's.
I guess everyone will know next week what IC's are being used and hopefully these new Redline modules will keep on track with recent Mushkin modules and be enthusiast favorites.
Mushkin will be these new modules the Red Line Series … XP3500 and XP4000 with tight timings of 2-2-2.
