im kind of a noob to memory. so with that off my chest im haveing a major problem.
i have a DFI lanparty nf4 sli-d amd 64 3200.
i cant get any low latency ram to work in this dam board.

i have tried pqi pc3200 400mhz 2-3-2-6 which locks up on every game start up.i have also tried mushkin pc3200 400mhz 2-3-3-7 which carshes with irq_not_lessthan and wont play games.

the only ram that works is high latency ocz which is 3-4-4-8 YUCK!
im sure its bios settings, but i dont know where to start.
i have updated the bios to latest on dif.com

any help would greatly be appreciated!!!!

You'll want the 3-16 BIOS, probably the best ones out there. Head over to DFI Forums - BIOS Factory
http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=20

Do a little research based on your memory type and play with some different BIOS'. My personal favorites are the 3-16 BIOS

Mushkin currently test all their Redline Memory using the 5-10 BIOS and has had very good luck with it. I have used BIOS 6-18 and have also had good luck on my DFI SLI-D boards. I believe that 6-18 will be the next official release, so you might want to give it a shot. A list of all the bios's mentioned here with download links are on the Legit Forums on this thread.

I'm guessing that the PQI modules use Samsung TCCD memory IC's... many recent ones do...

Believe it or not the 623-3 BIOS is out now... Might want to give it a shot with Samsung TCCD based modules or stick to the 623-2 BIOS if you have Winbond IC's.
