DDR3 settings help

so i have time to fool with this RAM kit, SUPERTALENT ProjectX DDR3 1800 7-7-7-21 (2x1GB) the board i'm using is LGA775 Intel DX38BT BoneTrail, which supports DDR3 1333 or 1600 with OC(BIOS only has Auto-settings for 800/1066/1333/1600)
my real question is this: I've never used DDR3 RAM before, so i've never seen any of the sub-settings, can someone tell me if the following settings are good for DDR3 1600:
