In DRAM spot market today, the price was continually adjusted downward, the overall demand remained sluggish without obvious variation. Prices of mainstream chips 256Mb(32M*8)400MHz/333MHz/266MHz were slightly adjusted to USD2.172/USD2.43 and USD2.25 respectively, with limited transactions. For UTT(ETT), due to the new contract price has came out, some vendors adjusted the offered price to release some stocks, the price was slightly dropped compared to the price in the early morning and closed at USD1.93, with limited transactions.
For NAND Flash market, due to the insufficient supplies, most vendors adjusted the price upward, however, buyers still stood aside for lower price. Prices of mainstream chips 1Gb/2Gb/4Gb/8Gb were adjusted to USD8.15/USD15.51/USD29.84 and USD53.86, transactions were limited.
