In DRAM spot market today, strong demands on 512Mb/400MHz modules also affected the demand on UTT, and the price was boosted. Prices of mainstream chips 256Mb(32M*8)400MHz/333MHz/266MHz remained at USD2.003/USD2.24 and USD2.067, overall transactions were limited. However, for UTT(ETT), the market demand was obviously increased, the price lifted 1.54% to USD1.84, transactions were active.
For NAND Flash market, due to sluggish demands, vendor sides kept adjusting the price downward, and prices of high density chips 8Gb/16Gb also remained dropping. However, the demand on 1Gb/2Gb/4Gb was increased, and the price was slightly ascended. Prices of mainstream chips 1Gb/2Gb/4Gb/8Gb and 16Gb were adjusted to USD7.72/USD14.97/USD26.36/USD44.7 and USD78.76, 8Gb descended 1.08% noticeable.
