In DRAM spot market today, the demand on 512Mb(64*8)400MHz chip was still active, however, the supplying price could not match buyer's target, the price only slightly lifted 1.71% to USD4.16, and also affected 256Mb(32M*8) chip rising 0.96% to USD2.11, with limited transactions. For UTT(ETT), the price was still climbing in the early morning, but after the contract price released in the afternoon, the uptrend situation was getting slow, and the price closed at USD2.024, lifted 0.3%, with limited transactions.

For NAND Flash market, due to the available stocks was obviously insufficient, except 16Gb was still dropping, all other chips were slightly rebounded today. However, buyers were stilling looking for lower prices, transactions were limited. Prices of mainstream chips 1Gb/2Gb/4Gb/8Gb and 16Gb were adjusted to USD7.54/USD14.76/USD25.98/USD44.02 and USD74.56, 16Gb descended 1.3% noticeable.
