In DRAM spot market today, due to the continued holidays are coming soon and the some rumors of new deliveries, and the price of DDR512Mb(64*8)400MHz dropped 0.53% to USD4.118, which also affected DDR256Mb(32M*8)400MHz chip price. Prices of mainstream chips 256Mb(32M*8)400MHz/333MHz/266MHz were slightly adjusted downward to USD2.1/USD2.25 and USD2.072 respectively, transactions were reduced. For UTT(ETT), the offered price still could not match buyer's target, even the price has dropped 0.4% to USD1.974, and transactions were inactive.

For NAND Flash market, due to the insufficient supplies, except 16Gb was still dropping, all other chips were slightly ascended, but most buyers were still waiting for lower prices. Prices of mainstream chips 1Gb/2Gb/4Gb/8Gb and 16Gb were adjusted to USD7.55/USD15.15/USD26.35/USD44.72 and USD72.8, 16Gb descended 0.27% noticeable.
