In DRAM spot market today, due to the insufficient supplies on some major brand chips, which caused DDR512Mb(64*8)400MHz price rebounded and lifted 1.62% to USD4.13, and DDR256Mb(32M*8)400MHz chip also followed up. Prices of mainstream chips 256Mb(32M*8)400MHz/333MHz/266MHz were slightly adjusted downward to USD2.099/USD2.25 and USD2.072 respectively, transactions were limited. For UTT(ETT), due to the new delivery has delayed, and the shortage on spot market, the price kept ascending 1.61% to USD2.02, however, transactions were limited due to the insufficient supplies.
For NAND Flash market, due to the following holidays, the market was silent today. Most chips were slightly dropped, except 1Gb was ascended. Prices of mainstream chips 1Gb/2Gb/4Gb/8Gb and 16Gb were adjusted to USD7.63/USD15.29/USD26.25/USD44.47 and USD72.1, transactions were limited.
