In DRAM spot market today, due to the continued holidays, most vendors were not aggressively, and also the market demand was weak, thus, the overall price remained at the same level. Prices of mainstream chips 256Mb(32M*8)400MHz/333MHz/266MHz were slightly adjusted downward to USD2.099/USD2.25 and USD2.072 respectively, transactions were limited. For UTT(ETT), the offered price still could not match buyer's target, however, the supply was insufficient, the price remained at USD2.02, with limited transactions.
For NAND Flash market, the market was also affected by the holiday issue, the market demand was sluggish, most buyers were looking for lower prices. Prices of mainstream chips 1Gb/2Gb/4Gb/8Gb and 16Gb were adjusted to USD7.62/USD15.29/USD26.25/USD44.28 and USD72.1, transactions were inactive..
