Yes, it can work in it as the only thing you need to run that memory is having the DDR memory slot and you can plug in any DDR memory module of any speed. However DDR2 memory can´t be plugged in a DDR slot.
So you shouldn´t have any problems.
The thing is that it will work at pc3200 speed but you always can overclock with that mobo

I saw that ram at Qcon and fell in love with it. I dont know if i am goign to get it and sell my current ram or not. CHOICES CHOICES!!!

NO, DO NOT BUY IT!
CALL CRUCIAL AND ASK THEM FOR TECH SUPPORT ON THE PRODUCT AND THERE IS NONE!!! WHOEVER BUILT THE LAST SETS MADE GARBAGE RAM!
I WAS 0-3 WITH THAT RAM, ASK DFI... HELL... GO TO DFI-STREET.COM AND SEARCH... THAT HAVE A 1000+ POST THREAD ON BAD RAM OF THIS SH!AT.

just curious what sold you on that memory? The LED lights? If so don't forget PNY and Corsair also have the lights on DDR memory kits.

lawl, yeah its the bottom leds. They did a pretty good job of presenting them

I currently have the Corsair led ram and if these were ok, sell my sticks and get an all one brand type ram for better results.
