What would you guys say is that average life of a 512mb PC3200 400MHz DDR ram is? lookin the BIOs its timing is 5-4-4-8 i think not sure

Well the answer for my second stick was about 1 and a half years. i died about 2 hours ago im running 512mb atm, Ive still got the invoice but im not sure if the warranty is still going im pissed off at it though, cos i have another stick exactly the same only its timing is 5-3-3-8. I tried clocking them both down to DDR333 didnt work so im out of ideas im not sure how to turn down the timing though.

The ram was NOT overclocked

any ideas?
PLease say somthing if you have a suggestion.

Timings should be under advanced chipset options or something on your motherboard BIOS.
