Abit AN-M2HD Question(s)

Okay, I realize abit is kaput but have a lead on a supposedly new ABIT AN-M2HD for a "reasonable" price. Would like to use this for BluHaz reDux v3.0 (my print and file srever to be) since all of the usb ports went north on the 6100-939 I was using.
I checked and at least the TW site is still on line with bioses, drives, and utilities. However the supported CPU list is way out of date, but it appears that the last bios update supports AM2+. However what I want to use is an Opty 1210 (AM2) which is a Santa Ana and that series is not on their list of AM2 procs. Soooooo does anyone know if that chip will work? Does it help that my NF-M2 nView ran like a scalded cat with it? The reason I'm not using the nView is it does not play nice with my PS2 KVM and had hoped maybe this one would.
Another "benefit" is this board has 4 SATA ports where as the Biostar only had 2 so was having to use an pci card for the hdds.
