Foxconn and ECS mobos

I am looking to get a micro atx. These seem to be the only options. Was wondering if you guys new much about either of these boards. I am leaning towards the foxconn.

imma get athlon 64 3500 venice
xfx 7800gt
1gig geil ram
120 gig wd
liteon dvd burner dual layer
aspire 520 psu
basically a gaming rig so i want the possibility for OC'ing probably just the cpu maybe to 3800 speeds. I like the nforce4 chipset. Integrate lan. Foxconn seems like the way to go.
