System runs beautifully when its on. However, I cannot restart it, from reset switch on front panel or through windows restart, or if I go into bios and save something then restart still it won't work. I have to manually turn off the computer and then turn back on. I get constant beeps about 4-5 seconds apart when I attempt a restart. I have tried clearing cmos, unplugging my ram, trying one ram stick, switching channels and I have no clue what it is. ANyone have some suggestions? Please leave good instructions since I would have tried it if I knew how to do it. =)
Thanks guys.

give us some details on the system..... it could be a bad board, the front panel connectors could be hooked up wrong, etc..... at this point it could be anything.

remove all cables from the front panel connectors

then use a pencil or screwdriver to jump start the pc... If this fails - the board or other component is @ cause

doubble check your boards manual to make sure you have connected it correctly

This can also be a "lazy" screw... where something is causing a short circuit... could be something @ the back of your board?

If it does startup -> then you have it wired incorrectly..

test with 1 stick of ram, try different slots and sticks
remove all HDD's and CDROMS etc.
Will it then boot into your bios?
