I'm not sure if this board is on the retail market or not, but I happened to see it on a desk when I was at the R&D labs of ABIT in Taiwan so I snapped a quick photo while walking by.

I believe these are the specs:

Abit NF7II-G : NVIDIA nForce 2 Ultra 400 + MCP-S (Gigabit Lan, S/PDIF In/Out, Audio 5.1)

I haven't seen it listed for sale yet, but I've heard about it and saw a pic of it on another site that did a tour of the plant..........I will say that your pic has a lot more detail......... :D
I've been thinking of getting this board for another system instead of going with a A64 system.........money is sort of tight.........
