Temerature Delima NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Post by Dragon_Cooler »

I have an ECS Nforce4 MOBO and i flat out can not find anywhere a monitoring software that will support my board. Everest, speedfan, mBm5, all freak out showing my cpu temp. They jump from -43 to 220 to 34 to 2c. and all the other temps they show are either way to high or to low with common sense. LOL HELP HELP HELP!!!!!

That's strange. I think that something is wrong with your temperature sensor. Did you check it the sensor is reading correctly when you switch ON your PC (on the POST screen before windows is launched)?

Please update, so we can keep helping you.

If the bios reports the temps the same way, one of the components in the HW monitoring system on the MoBo is bad and you should RMA the board.

NTUNE is the program that seems to work for monitoring temps for my board. i was googling how my dual channel is layed out on my board and it showed this.
