Any MSI k8Neo Platinum users nforce 250gb ?

If anyone has this new socket 754 mobo, does it DEFINATELY have a working agp/pci lock and since it is single channel, will two different pc3200 or pc3500 sticks with the same cas 2.5 work together with it?
