i burried my supper socket 7 mobo today. the usb ports died. they were the only thing left to make the keyboard and mouse work.

my dad and i went to three local computer stores that have old mobo's. we found plenty of 370 and slot 'a' mobos.

i got all of this hardware of psu memory hdds and four differnt procesors that worked on it. the mobo was a 5ema+ soyo. it replaced the epox super socket 7 we once had.

anyone have a good super socket 7 to part with for a few small dollars?

				success this week
i be a proud owner of 5 super socket 7 mobos and all equiped computers. the school auction had 4 dell desktops and 1 ibm aptiva e190 amd type. a cool price of $7 took it all.

my only issue is getting win98se to display 600x800 with my svga montior. it defaults to 640x480 16 colors. rats.

also pc100 memory is hard to find in 64 or 128 sizes. out of the 4 dells, one is flaky so that is me spare part machine.
the temps r to hot outside to do anything. so messin with the computer is keep me busy now.
