ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe and AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Manchester

Has anyone merged these two together? I am thinking about purchasing these, but thought I saw somewhere where someone had issues with this CPU/MOBO combo.

Supposedly the A8n-SLi delux sucks, horribly, the A8N-Sli is ok or the Premium is good. lots of ppl have said to stay away from the deluxe

wait for the end of next month when conroe releases and existing chip prices hit the floor.

I am going to wait on those prices to drop (saw the other post about it), and pick up the other parts that I need first.
Im curious though, if the A8N-SLI is good, the A8N-SLI Premium is good, how can the Deluxe be crap? What makes it bad?

i absolutely no clue but i am a member of the THG community and many ppl hate it.
also A8N is a K8 mobo socket 939 if u want conroe u gotta buy this mobo

actually when i think about it i think it sbecause the deluxe didnt have many differences than the base A8N-SLi, and the base was also cheaper.
anyways if ur going socket 939 get a DFI.

Not going Conroe, and don't need anything too crazy with motherboards, Im not worried about OC'ing.
