Mobos/dual monitor display

Are all newer mobo's able to support dual monitor display? How do I know if it can or can't??

edit:

what type of chipset would be best for what I need to get (I know very little about this).

512 Corsair DDR2 800 (will up to 2mb)
Seagate 160GB 7200 8MB SATA-300 HD
Dual layer DVD R/W drive
Geforce 6600 (for now, will up to 7900 gtx)

Its the gfx card that gives dual monitor support!
most if not all of todays cards can run two monitors

Definitely what he said. The mobo has nothing to do with monitors, unless it has onboard video. And you'd be out of dual monitors in that case.

yeah I got that, actually I knew that but somehow didn't.. I've just gotten into this so I have memory malfunctions sometimes.
