WTH is up with my motherboard?

I have an ASROCK motherboard and I set it up after recievig it in the mail and it gets like 3 different errors one says the IRQ is not less than or EQUAL and the other is about shadowing or Caching and there isnt even a setting that talks about that and i havent really setup my BIOS 2 well so if someone could kinda walk me thru it the manul kinda sucks so yah
