My PC monitoring app - Everest Ultimate Edition says that my version is older than 2 years. Also says that i must update it for better performance

check the mobo maker's site it should have the bios version to download (if there's any) and instruction as well.

I updated it to the latest version and now my clock is higher without volt modding
