When you go after your case and PSU, make sure you get a high quality PSU with at least 480W and ATX 2.0 compliant (duall 12v rails, 24 pin power connector). You might want to check out the Antec cases, I have really liked them, and they have all included some great PSUs as well.

Keep in mind that it's strongly advised to use a 24-pin PSU on the DFI NF4. If you use an adapter, you will get very little support if problems arise. Here is a great list of PSU's you should look at. Copy pasted from http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10854

non-SLI: $67: Antec SP2 500W Modular

Midrange SLI: $83: Enermax 535W SLI-Ready

Highend SLI: $151: Enernax 600W SLI-Certified (#701).

Now if you have the bucks the PC P&C's & the OCZ PowerStreams are the VERY BEST AVAILABLE!

One special note, if you require extreme quiet the the Seasonic S-12 500W/600W were made for you.

Hope this helps!!

I read that it goes on sale on June 21st at nVidia's LAN appreciation event. It'll be like $500-$600 I think...

Is the extra L2 cache in the 3700+ San Diego worth it instead of the 3500+ Venice?

Some would say yes and some would say no. They will act very similar, but the San Diego core with 1MB L2 cache should always win out over the Venice with 512kB. Is it worth it? It's up to you and if you have the extra $$ to burn but since I seem to always be low on cash, it isn't worth it to me. But if you can afford it, there is no reason why you shouldn't get it. Sorry if this doesn't seem to answer your question, it's just my point of view on the issue...

Well, thank you gvblake, it does help. I see what you're saying.

I think I'll save money and go with the 3500+...but I'm gonna spend more and probably go with the 7800GTX.

The 3500+ Winchest is in my opinion the best processor for the money you can get right now.

Good call shwA, those 7800's are frickin' SWEEEEET! You would see WAY more gaming performance by investing that $$ into a better video card than in extra L2 cache.

And I would also have to agree with Capper, the 3200 or the 3500 Venice processors are indeed a very good bang for your buck deal! I only mention the 3200 also because it is just so darn easy to bump up the HTT and memory 20mhz (for 220x10) and have a 3500 :)
