Well, its a Seanix TCO Series with a pentium 2 for mobo. I wish I could give you guys a little bit more info but I seem to have problems keeping it on.
The computer after a few minutes on and sometimes every other second reboots, no warning nothing, just blam reboot.
So this is what I have done.
I have tested the power supply with a power supply tester, I left it on for 10minutes and the LED"s never turned off, the power supply seems to be working fine.
the HDD cables also have no power loss.
I wanted to run a memtest but I cant keep it on long enough, I have removed the ram stick by stick to see if it isnt a bad slot or ram stick. no luck.
What other test could I run, I am not sure but it seems like it might be a mobo problem, (cracked or maybe a spark, bad hit..) not sure though. Let me know if anyone has any test ideas befor I declare it scraps.
Merci!
P.S. If i can get it to run a little longer I will try and get some more info since their seems to be no info on the mobo itself.

Is it possible to use a voltmeter to check the voltage rails?
You also might want to check the heatsink, but I doubt that is the issue as most Pentium 2's were the slot CPU's and the heatsink was attached very well.
Like you already noted it might be a PSU or the motherboard... I'm not sure how much money you have, but down here in St. Louis computer repair shops usually sell parts out of older PC's for cheap. about $10-$15 for a used P2 motherboard and roughly the same for a used PSU... Bad thing is most have no warranty and it's a pick one out of the parts bucket type deal.

yes I am aware that 3 5 7 13 15 16 17 are grounds. I was using the compter case as a ground and tried using the ground on the connector and got the same readings

I'm not 100% sure, but I think your computer has to be "on" before
you'll get any voltage reading on a Pentium 2 vintage computer.
