I've seen some material on CPU (Clock) Multiplying, and it has me curious:
Does the 975 XBX2 have a CPU (Clock) Multiplyer function in it's BIOS?
If not, are there brands that allow users access to the Multiplyer?

The muliplier is locked on all Core 2 Duo procs except 'Extreme' series. But you can still ratchet up the FSB in order to achieve OC with XBX2. Lots of good info and tips on this forum on how to do it.

Correct. Be sure to do some research to make sure the mobo you're looknig at supports OCing and how stable it's known to be on OC.
