ASUS P5K - Great board, overclocks well. Premium and Deluxe versions have better passive cooling and few more features that can be relatively useful.
Gigabyte DS3P Another good board... the general layout is better IMO...
And if you really don't want your board to limit your overclocking this DFI is a beast, very expensive but pretty much the best P35 board around.
There is many more, but those are pretty much the most popular P35 boards. They all have 7.1 sound and officially support DDR2-1066. Although this chipset can't run 16x on both cards, it's either 16/4 or 8/8. I think 4x might really affect performance, but usually 8x doesn't change much.
