Confirmed, I have XP Pro SP2 with the same keyboard issue. I haven't tried the new bios yet, i doubt it will be fixed.

From cold boot bios fails to detect PS/2 keyboard, my USB mouse is fine though. Have to reboot system in order for it to be detected.
