Intel Management Engine??

After updating my bios i found this in there it said this to the infomation on the left.
Intel Management Engine Password (didnt even bother guessing), THen it said somthing about it unlocking some features?

Any ideas first time ive ever seen it.

Intel® ME: Management Engine Interface Driver Not sure,I have never heard of it before either.
