Any one have a 680i Mobo?

Post by martini161 »

If anybody has them and had been able to get a decent overclock then please help me! I'm completly cluless why my quad cant do 3.2 under water with 1.55 volts! ive tried increasing the voltages on the nb, sb, vtt, hyper transit and everything!Ive run in synced and unsynced modes, with the same result: posting but crashing on windows start up. Any one got any suggestions?

Nope, not the 680i, but I do have a 680i LT (XFX 680i LT reff board) and a 650i SLI. They all pretty much all OC the same way............ The 680i just has a few more options in the bios and slots on the board.

I run an overclocked quad-core in mine... overclocked up from 266MHz FSB to 333MHz...

This is my office PC:

lol not bad for an office pc! what vcore do you use to get 333 stable? my quad wont boot windows above 3 gigs, even with 1.55 volts under water!
