Suggestions For CPU Cooler with 975XBX2

Need a bit of advice concerning CPU coolers.
I have a 975XBX2 MB, a Q6600 quad processor, 2 gig Corsair PC8500 RAM, and an ATI 3870 vcard. All installed in an Antec P182 case.
What I want to know is what’s a good fitting CPU cooler. Don’t want things too cramped; I also don’t plan on going past 3gig on on the processor.
The processor is clocked at 2.8gigs on stock cooling and my temps at idle are around 60 Celsius. I have a B3 stepping.
I’ve looked at the Zalman 9500 and 9700, but haven't decided on anything yet. Also is there a particular fan I should look at for the cooler. Would like to keep noise down.
Thanks
