Any decent Intel motherboard with Rebuild RAID in BIOS?

Hi all

I need to build some systems with RAID 0/1 (Intel if possible). These systems must have a Rebuild RAID option in BIOS, meaning that if any drive crashes I need to rebuild the array from the BIOS, not from Intel's Matrix Software or similar. We will be using Linux, which has drivers for intel's ahci raid, but not utilities to rebuild a degraded volume, hence the need to have such a tool in the BIOS.

Can anybody help me choose one?
