Intel Server Board S 3420GPLC not detect pcie card

hi all..

i buy a pcie network card brnd TP-LINK.. then ,
the server board not detect this card.. how can i solve this problem.

have you tried to update the board to the latest BIOS version and have you tried all the PCIe slots?

Is the card detected in the BIOS? It looks like a new BIOS version came out on 3/17/2010. The release notes say it fixes some PCIe issues.

i already update the bios, but it still not working..
the card not detect in bios..
